You can mount an SSD recorded using HyperDeck Studio on to any computer to access your files, so you don't need multiple decks to work with your media! The DSR-40 is a DVCAM videocassette recorder that includes versatile interfaces in its compact body. Through its RS-422A interface, the DSR-40 could perform as the editing player in current analog systems. Its i.LINK interface makes it possible to copy digital video, audio and data with virtually no quality deterioration. With many other useful features, combined with the superior image and sound quality inherent in the DVCAM format, the DSR-40 is an ideal VTR for a wide range of video professional applications including liner editing, non-linear editing, duplication, demonstrations and so on.

The HVR-1500 is an HDV source feeder and DVCAM/DV feeder/recorder inheriting the same design concepts of the very successful DSR-1500A. The new HVR-1500 offers many of the convenient features demanded by professionals, such as quick mechanical response, multi-format DV playback, and a robust set of professional video and audio interfaces ranging from analog to digital SDI and AES/EBU. Additionally, the new HVR-1500 offers HD-SDI output as well as RS-422A control capabilities, bridging HDV source material and assets with high-end HD formats and HD editing environments.
