To celebrate the inauguration of its new plant in Morocco, the French global automotive supplier approached Vicob to handle the technical production of its branded event, have an on-the-ground team to support the internal organizers throughout the day and put a fresh set of eyes on the event. Vicob customized the event’s venue with avant-garde audiovisual gear and motion graphics; facilitating the organizers’ communication strategy aimed at helping attendees glean better insights of the company’s core values and proceeded activities. Vicob managed to create, thanks to its experts and technicians, an experiential event that was deemed engaging, inspiring and uplifting.

La Mamounia Hotel & SPA

Since its debut in 2012, the Atlantic Dialogues (AD) conference has become a well-established annual meeting point taking place in Marrakesh, bringing together high-level senior officials, business leaders, academics, opinion shapers and civil society actors. Organized by OCP Policy Center since 2017, AD offers an environment that facilitates concrete discussions. Sessions are designed to promote frank, interactive, and informal debate through a mix of plenary panels, smaller breakout sessions, and keynote addresses. Vicob is trusted with the creation and production this 3-days monumental event at the landmark Hotel La Mamounia through and through, throughout its different editions. The team dresses the conference venue in out-spoken branding gear -hard and soft, using cutting edge technology, and employing the highest levels of elegance and sophistication. We design the hotel’s ballroom to accommodate more and more participants each time with decorated staging for plenary sessions and TV-studios. Vicob secures all the technical requirements needed for the success of the event from upgraded 5M ADSL lines, audiovisual materials, all the way down to office materials. Signage is also provided throughout the conference venue. As the official proceedings of the AD are conducted in English, translation booths, apparel and experts are made available for participants during plenary sessions.

With an ongoing collaboration with the OCP Policy Center for its different projects, Vicob is again trusted with the complete production of the World policy Conference (WPC); an annual rendezvous revolving around debates, and gathering economic and political leaders, diplomats, representatives of civil society, experts and journalists from all over the world. It aims at contributing to improve all aspects of governance though reflecting, debating and suggesting constructive solutions to major regional and international issues. Held annually at the Sofitel Rabat – Jardins des Roses, the WPC is stacked with two days of constructive public-private interaction at the highest level in all three meeting formats: plenary sessions, workshops and dinner debates. Vicob engages in the design and recreation of the hotel’s conference venues and halls, providing all elements of branding, audiovisual systems, customs builds and signage to align with the conference’s theme and objectives. F&B programs are delivered by signature caterers to all participants during breakouts and dinner debates.

Radisson Blu, Marrakech

When Radisson Blu; a 198 room capacity hotel with F&B, corporate, and spa facilities, wanted to plan their official launch at Marrakech, the pearl of Carlson Rezidor Hotel group called upon Vicob to create an experience capable at leveraging the property’s attributes and entertaining attendees from the hospitality industry, crowd of executives, media and friends of the hotel. Entering the Patio Garden, guests were greeted by a mesmerizing custom video mapping that reflected the aesthetics of the building along with those of the city. Vicob’s light technicians created a duet with the virtual painting using dramatically lit projection that left the crowds in awe. Custom lighting was installed throughout the interiors to highlight the futuristic design of the property. A platform design was constructed over the central pool to support the live shows performed by professional artists sought by Vicob to entertain the attendees who were seated all around the 3000sqm patio garden. Vicob implemented the appropriate and high performing set of audio equipments to elevate the performances.
